In Paso Robles' Adelaida District, Alta Colina's Tasting Room sits at the base of the 130-acre estate on Adelaida Road and pours guided flights of 4 to 5 estate-grown Rhone wines. The program leans into bold reds and rich textural whites, with estate Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, and Petite Sirah alongside Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Grenache Blanc. Reservations are recommended through Tock, but walk-ins are explicitly welcome daily, and seating is both indoors and on the patio. Leashed dogs are allowed outdoors and supervised children are welcome during tastings.
