Heart & Hands Wine Company

Union Springs is home to Heart & Hands Wine Company, a small family-owned winery and tasting room on the quiet east side of Cayuga Lake. The Signature Tasting is a seated, guided flight of five sustainably grown, limited-production wines with a $15 fee collected at the visit; reservations are recommended, and walk-ins for groups of one to four are welcome when space allows. The visit page lists seasonal tasting-room hours for the public tasting room. Friendly, quiet, well-socialized dogs are allowed on leash on the grounds and in the tasting room, while the UTV vineyard tour does not permit pets or children.
