Ponzi is a polished, modern Sherwood estate that feels more hospitality-driven than rustic, with a signature tasting, deeper estate tour, and four-course wine lunches making it more than a simple flight stop. Reservations are preferred but not required, so the tasting room still works for flexible itineraries, and the patios, bocce, and light-filled main room give guests plenty of ways to settle in. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay remain the core identity, while sparkling wine and food pairings add range without changing the winery's Willamette focus. Dogs are allowed on the patios, children are welcome with supervision, and the view over Avellana Vineyard gives the whole visit real destination appeal. For discovery, this should read as a premium but still public-facing Laurelwood District estate.
