Soter's Mineral Springs Ranch is a reservation-only biodynamic estate where the tasting program feels more curated than casual. Guests can book the standard estate experience or step up into longer-format provisions, sparkling, or vineyard experiences, all anchored in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and sparkling wines grown on a 250-acre regenerative farm. Families can attend the core estate tasting when counted in the reservation, but pets are not allowed, and the overall tone is quieter and more intentional than a walk-in patio stop.
